Creativity for Wellbeing

Art is deeply therapeutic — it helps us navigate challenges, find joy, and express what words cannot.

My workshops are open to all ages and abilities, offering a supportive, inclusive space where creativity fosters reflection, connection, and wellbeing.

Sessions are tailored to participants and can include reminiscence-based activities for older adults, or intergenerational projects that bring children and elders together through shared creativity.

Workshops take place in a variety of settings, including:

  • Hospitals

  • Residential care homes

  • Mental health units

  • Special education settings

  • Homeless hostels

  • Centres for school refusers

  • Domestic abuse refuges
